Crystal Lake Union Cemetery

Crystal Lake Union Cemetery, established in 1888, can trace it's origins to the merging of the 2 communities of Nunda and Crystal Lake. The cemetery is located on Woodstock Street in the heart of Crystal Lake. It is the site of the Civil War Soldier's Monument dedicated to the veterans of the Civil War. The Cemetery is the traditional gathering place for Memorial Day oberservances. Although the ground spaces in this cemetery are sold out, there are still niches available in the south columbarium for those preferring an above ground space for cremains.
